Weight Loss Journey

Was asking my cardiologist classmate if ozempic was ok for me the other day, because I could not get out of the 105-106kilos weight. Have been going up and down. One time I was able to break through to 104 but was shorlived. It lasted only a day or two. I tried lessening food intake, esp carbs and sugar, even messured rice intake limiting it mainly to one cup..

Anyway, my classmate more or less agreed with ozempic and me and he sent me a rx for said medicine. His only request is for me to weigh in and see over a month if it will help me..
Ozempic is a brand-name GLP-1 receptor agonist that mimics the body’s natural glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) hormone to lower blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes and promote weight loss. It works by increasing insulin secretion, reducing glucagon, slowing gastric emptying, and increasing feelings of fullness, thereby decreasing appetite and regulating blood sugar levels.
