BOSTON KITCHEN UPGRADE/ PROJECT – updates

Updated Scope of work (for contractor)

1. Replacement of existing plastic roof with GI roofing


2. Installing of ceiling kitchen and office. Installing of wire mesh  (kitchen -gap between ceiling and wall,  office – between unit 9 and our unit, see image #1 for sample of wire mesh)


3. Take out grill (that is connected to mormon wall and kitchen ceiling.)


4. Taking out tiles on the sink and cementing (to match counter at wall) (take out whole counter with old sink)


5. Installing of Sink and fixing piping (after cemented counter top is installed. tap into downspout. #6)


6. Creation of cemented counter at the wall (Mormon side) with hole (provision for LPG hose)


7. Tiling of kitchen area (smooth cement finish)


8. Dismantle of floor divider in wash room (CR)  and cementing


9. Fixing of steps on stairs


10. If with extra cement, cementing of flooring of inside kitchen (where we dismantled kitchen sink)


11. rerouting of water supply from CR through ceiling see image #2.
