Here am I again
After my December stroke you’d think I would quit sleeping late or early morning. Thing is I cannot afford to be 
sleeping when I know I can still work it.
Just a check, my feet are again somewhat swollen and there are times i feel discomfort. I’m guessing it’s the uric acid.
I will try this week or next to cut down on food and check if I can do LCIF. If this guy can do it(guy on the right is 55yo), I can do it. and also this guy below (he’s 45yo)..
